Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not currently ship to international addresses.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM on business days or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
  • During peak seasons or sale periods, processing times may vary. You will be notified of any delays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location and the availability of products.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, the weight of the items, and the shipping method chosen.

  • Standard Shipping: AED 15
  • Express Shipping: AED 30

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over AED 200.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to most areas in the UAE. However, some remote locations may not be serviced. If your location is not covered, our customer service team will reach out to you for alternate arrangements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • International Shipping: At the moment, we only offer shipping within the UAE. International shipping will be available in the future.

Damaged or Lost Items

While we ensure that your order is packed securely, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will arrange for a return or replacement as soon as possible.
